It even cannot recognize the postcode. Any post code! Fix the app before release it?

Well, Im an American living in Toronto for a couple months on business and I couldnt use the Canadian App Store, so I downloaded this version instead. Its totally useless, as there arent any restaurants available. At all!

Superb design for menu ordering and finding restaurants

The feature I love most about this app is the ability to re-order a previous order (and change quantities etc.). It also gives me a fairly accurate estimated delivery time and notification when my order is accepted.

Just a reminder for all of you who complains that this app gives zero search results, THIS IS AN APP DESIGNED TO USE IN UK. Im currently traveling in London and this App is great with a lot of choices. I mean the food can sometimes be bad but theres definitely a lot of choices.

Contacted Just-Eats customer support through their website. The representative was very polite and was clearly trying to be helpful, but was unable to tell me 1) why the app wasnt letting me log in to my account, 2) why it DID allow me to sign up for an account through the app with the EXACT SAME credentials as my pre-existing account, then allowed me to sign in to this "new" account, 3) why this duplicate account creation prompted no confirmation e-mail, 4) why, when I let the app use location services to determine my whereabouts, it output (instead of a post-code, as the app supposedly requires) simply "DUBLIN", then returned no results, and finally, 6) whether I would thus be unable to make use of the app-specific (Ireland-specific) coupons I received after buying event tix from Ticketmaster.ie. Their website works (more or less) fine. If youre in Ireland, just use that--I got the impression a comprehensive fix on this broken piece of software is nowhere on the visible horizon. (Also, it turned out--though the rep did not seem to know this--that, despite the instructions/T&Cs explicitly saying otherwise, the Ticketmaster coupons work just fine if you input one of their codes as a "voucher code" while making an order on their website).

Upon placing my order, I received an error stating that my card was declined. I called my bank, who stated the transaction was approved and that Just Eat had taken money from my account. I called Just Eat support who confirmed they had taken my money and would not be able to return it for 3-5 business days. And my wife is still hungry. FRAUD!

Amazing app and easy to use and so accurate

allows me to search my location, provides the zip code I use, then says no restaurants in my area are using just-eat... when we order food online from just eat all the time!! faulty app. please fix. thank you!

Tons of restaurants, quick, easy to use!

Terrible app, it crashes every time I put in my postal code. Fix this or your app is COMPLETELY worthless

So far, so good! App was intuitive, only snag was it accidentally entered the wrong house number (and I couldnt go back in and change it). Other than that, works quite well (for both me and my digestion ;)

I love the reorder feature... find something you love and order it again in a snap.

The app says to put in a postal code? Gives no prior warning of what is loaded into it and just gives zero results if you arent in a spot that its meant to serve. I say this as I look directly at a store front with an "order on Just Eat" sign that references this app. In Canada (Im in Toronto) it does work if you use the website (justeat.ca), which had a very workable mobile version that looks just like the app. Probably less customizable with the repeat orders and such, however. At least please be upfront or put an alert with the regions that the app covers so people dont have to go about this the hard way. Some other reviews on here I see now say it works in the UK, I guess.

I live in midtown Toronto and the app shows no listings!

App doesnt work. In Denmark, it wont even take the post code "enter a full, valid postcode". And I cant login. After the CAPTCHA, it just tells me incorrect login. No problem from a browser.
